Three Rivers District, BSA

BENTONVILLE CAMPOUT REGISTRATION FORM

 

When:  March 19-21, 2010

Where:  BSA Camp Tuscarora, Four Oaks, NC

Activities:  Bentonville, NC Civil War Reenactment

We will camp at camp Tuscarora and travel to Bentonville on Saturday for the MEGA reenactment and other Civil War period activities.  It will be a terrific event for all Scouts, Scouters and families.  We will camp Friday and Saturday nights.

 

We have a STRICT limit of 350 campers at camp Tuscarora so advance registration and payment will be required. 

 

Cost for this event will be as follows:

$18.00 per person age 13 and up

$14.00 per person age 7-12

Children 6 and under will be free (no patch)

 

Cost includes Tuscarora camping fees, admission to the battle reenactment and a patch.  Food, travel etc. must be facilitated by each unit as they see fit.  A tour permit will be required from each unit. 

 

Registration will not begin on Jan. 3rd 2010 and will close on Feb. 10th, 2010.  No late registrations can be accepted.  Registrations will be on a first come – first served basis, so be ready to submit on Jan. 3rd.  Min. 50% is required by 01-31-10 to reserve space.

Full payment is required by Feb. 10th.
